First week of training after the two week break with the new training programme and I’m happy to report that feelings are starting to come back with a better attitude.

Here’s the training I got from Daniel Goberville to get back into the pistol schedule. It starts “easy” and technical with a mix of holds, dry fire and SCATT. Looking forward to starting it!

I had an amazing conversation with Mexican shooter Alejandra Zavala today. It was full of insight and enjoyable. The kind of conversation you wish you had with other shooters regularly. We went deep into her training and technique. It is worth watching and taking notes! 

I’m in the break between sessions of my new programme to get back to training and it feels great! I’m happy to have the pistol in my hand again and to be working on my skills again 🙂 

Here I am again 🙂 The pistol break is going good and home stress has been reduced too, mainly due to adaptation to confinement (we have passed the 3 week mark) and sleep is getting better but random due to my daughter getting used to sleep in her own bed. 

I had a great conversation with Portuguese shooter João Costa today. While I work on the post and transcription you get exclusive early access to the video 🙂 

Things are not going well with the extra home stress with isolation and the kids, so the coach told me to take a break. You can see in the scatts and journals that things are really going down hill, and so are they in my mind. So you will not get more journals and scatt files for at most a couple weeks.
