Daring to execute your trigger release the way it should be and forgetting about tens is a monumental issue for pistol shooters. To work on this, coach Philippe Stiel sent me this training plan for a moment where I was very hesitant and felt like my trigger finger was woodifying. 9 Ring Hold & Trigger Release Training Plan
After a short break from training, Philippe Stiel gave me this plan to train at home and at the range geared towards improving:
* My hold within the 9 ring and my perception of it.
* The start of my trigger release.
Precision & Standard Air Pistol Training Plan
This is the last of my training plans with Santiago Gómez Salgado so far. He sent it after my qualification for the regional championships and keeps in mind that my focus is in precision 10m air pistol but that I was also participating in rapid fire events. It is a two week work plan for home and the range.
Home & Range Air Pistol Training
Training plan that coach Santiago Gómez Salgado sent after my tendencies test and his first training program. Remember that this was when I was starting, about five months after I held an air pistol for the first time. There are two sections of general work: one for home and one for the range.
Dry Fire and Holds Pistol Training To Build Strength and Sensations
Due to the coronavirus week of isolation I did not have a chance to work more on the previous training, but Daniel Goberville has learned that I actually enjoyed the dry fire and holds work in my guest room and decided to send me this programme divided into 3 sessions (I’m training 5 days a week, one of the days is dedicated to a competition). Holds and dry fire to build up physical form and sensations.
After Vacation Break Training (Get Back To Work!)
A pistol training programme by Daniel Goberville to get back into the weekly training schedule after the summer break.
Post-Vacation Training
Daniel Goberville has sent this training to ease the way into bigger training loads, focusing more on technique than points (like for a season start). In fact, because of the covid-19 isolation and the cancelling of so many competitions, although unusual, it is a season start.
