My Shooting Digest Cheat Sheet: How I shoot Every Precision and Rapid Fire Pistol Discipline

I have compiled the best of my shooting knowledge in this document: the processes everything related to technique and mental for every pistol discipline (precision and rapid fire) and distance (10m, 25m, and 50m). This is the live document that I use as reference to prepare for training and competition, the guide that helps me remember and focus on how to do things well. I will update it as I change things and evolve. I can’t go back to check all my shooting journals to remind myself how to shoot well, and find one useful information here, another there, and something that is not longer relevant in another document. Time to bite the bullet and write my very own pistol shooting Bible.

2nd Pre Competition 25m Pistol MOP Training Plan

This MOP training plan focuses on 25m pistol and is a follow up of this training plan. Under the direction of coach Daniel Goberville we spent a full day training at the 25m range and it was great to be outdoors for a change (the ASTir Creil range has really nice installations), although my thumb ended up sore from all the loading, which was a great incentive to find ways to protect it.

Originally Slovenian, he is now member of the German national team and has managed to fulfill two of his shooting dreams. He’s had an impressive progress since he started pistol shooting (six months …
