I noticed that in the last SCATT sessions the group was vertical spread, so Daniel sent a programme to figure out if there was an issue that needed fixing (it didn’t!. Well, beyond the eternal trigger release) 🙂
The first two days have the exercises to debug the vertical spread (two exercises done twice) plus some contracts, the rest of the training days is a continuation of the prior programme, working on the mental capacity to go in and out of the match with a twist: I have to repeat the phrase that helped me get the right attitude in a previous competition. What is important is the sense of lightness and good vibes that I made it bring, not the phrase itself.
This programme is done using SCATT to analyze the green traces during the debugging holds.
